Headed in to catch Tragica, who were definitely the reeeal deal man. Nice stuff.
Who I was really looking for though, was Symbiotic in Theory. From Moe's hometown, N9, when they stepped on stage, a look at them would be enough to tell you they'd be good. And god, they were. The guitar solos, the drums the headbanging, everythingggg.
And then, Forbid Traction. They played all the Soulfly covers ("Triboot to Soulfly" sayd Adib HAHA), and it was the fourth song which was going to have me featured. All in all, they were very different on stage than in the jamming room I saw them in. Lots of energy and headbang action.
Hahahaha, he was so hyper playing the drums, halfway through the third song I had to run on stage to help him retrieve the drumstick that was under his chair. xD
I sang 'Flyhigh' by Soulfly with these guys, I can't remember if it was the last song...? Again, another lovely mistake by Adib when he goes, "Mister Celine!" -_- HAHAHA. Anyhoo, a fun song in terms of moving around because all you really wanna do is headbang. I added a few screams to the song to make it sound fuller. Thank you guys for inviting me to feature with y'all!
Headed straight home afterwards and Celine got ready for classes the next day.
